Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All standard-size orders are processed and crafted within 3–4 weeks. Custom and made-to-measure garments require 6–8 weeks, depending on design complexity. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time We ship across India via trusted logistics partners. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on location.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping International shipping is available. Rates and timelines vary by country. Duties and import taxes (if any) must be paid by the customer.


Return & Exchange Policy

General Policy Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not offer returns or refunds once sold.

Manufacturing Defects We accept returns only in cases of a major manufacturing defect, as determined by our quality check team.

Alterations & Repairs Complimentary alterations are provided for sizing adjustments. Minor defects will be repaired by our team at no extra cost.

Custom Orders Custom-made and made-to-measure garments are not eligible for return or exchange, but they are eligible for alterations/repairs.

How to Request a Return/Exchange
  1. Contact us at support@brideandbeautiful.comor WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number and relevant images.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.

Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days. Customers bear the shipping cost.

Important Notes
  • Items bought during sale/promotions are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting policy conditions.
